List the Spotlight videos a Snapchat creator showcases on their public profile. Pass a username (e.g. benazelart). Returns {success, data} with the creator's Spotlight highlight entries, which you can resolve further with Get Spotlight by Link. Accounts with no Spotlight highlights return an empty result; hasSpotlightHighlights on the profile tells you in advance. A username that does not resolve returns HTTP 200 with success=false and data="data not found".
