List the curated Highlight albums a Snapchat creator has pinned to their public profile — the evergreen Story collections that do not expire after 24 hours. Pass a username (e.g. benazelart). Returns {success, data} with the creator's highlight albums and their snaps; accounts without highlights return an empty result. Check hasCuratedHighlights from Get Public Profile to know in advance whether an account has any. A username that does not resolve returns HTTP 200 with success=false and data="data not found".
