Frequently asked questions

How do I search US rentals by ZIP code or city?

Pass the ZIP code or a 'City, ST, USA' string directly as location; add moveInDate (YYYY-MM-DD) when you need to constrain availability timing.

Can I filter pet-friendly or utilities-included rentals?

Pass codes such as dogs_allowed, cats_allowed, utilities_included and has_in_unit_laundry in booleanFilters, comma-joined when combining several.

What are the promotional badges in the response?

Some rows carry concession badges such as free-rent offers — handy for screening deals without parsing description text.
