Use Cases

Frequently asked questions

How do I monitor review sentiment for a company?

Poll the target company with sort=MOST_RECENT page by page, persist pros, cons and ratings for sentiment analysis, and alert when the negative share climbs. The response page_count and filtered_review_count fields let you bound pagination depth.

How do I collect Glassdoor reviews without getting blocked?

You do not run scrapers or proxy pools at all: one authenticated call returns structured JSON, and filtering, sorting and pagination are handled server-side.

Can I pull only English reviews, or only reviews from current employees?

Yes. Pass comma-separated language codes in language (for example en,es), set only_current_employees=true for current staff, and refine further with employment_statuses such as REGULAR or INTERN.
