Find Public Listings by MLS Reference
View All Realtor Property Data APIs →Pass a known MLS listing reference as mlsId; page and pageSize are optional numeric inputs. The documented example is a listing number, not a city name. This lookup was not live-tested, so returned property fields, reference ambiguity and pagination have not been confirmed. Check any returned identity against the intended property and geography before linking records. MLS reference lookup does not provide direct MLS access, an IDX license, comprehensive MLS coverage or permission to redistribute a listing.

Use Cases
- Resolve a user-provided listing reference in a property notebook after checking local ambiguity.
- Reconcile brokerage-supplied MLS numbers with returned public property identities.
- Investigate duplicate listing references across geographies before accepting an automated match.
- Evaluate an MLS-reference entry point for analysts who do not yet know a property_id.
Frequently asked questions
Are mlsId and property_id interchangeable?
No. mlsId is a known MLS listing reference, while property_id identifies a property. Use the correct input and verify returned address and property identity.
Does an MLS number guarantee a unique property match?
No. Reference ambiguity and response behavior were not live-tested. Check geography and property identity before joining records; do not match solely on the reference number.
Does MLS reference lookup grant MLS or IDX rights?
No. Public reference lookup does not grant MLS data access, an IDX license or permission to republish photos and text. Establish applicable rights separately.
