Observed listing fields include property_id, listing_id, status=for_sale, list_price, list_date, location.address, description.beds/baths/sqft, primary_photo.href and photos[].href; some attributes are null. Optional price, room, home-size, property-type and amenity inputs are documented but were not individually validated. pageSize=8 returned 30 rows, so use the actual array length and verify page transitions rather than trusting requested sizes or perfectly consistent totals. An impossible city returned HTTP 200 with status=false, data=null and a misleading pagination message; inspect the business status instead of treating HTTP 200 alone as a successful search.

Why did pageSize=8 return 30 listings?
The observed response did not enforce the requested count. Use the actual data array length, inspect adjacent pages and deduplicate identifiers rather than treating pageSize as a strict response cap.
Does HTTP 200 mean the sale search succeeded?
No. An impossible city returned status=false, data=null and an ambiguous pagination message with HTTP 200. Inspect the gateway code/message/data and the search payload business status.
