Read Documented Agent Recommendations

View All Realtor Property Data APIs →

Provide fulfillmentId to evaluate the documented recommendation or testimonial read for an agent. This endpoint was not live-tested; item fields, dates, rating content and response envelope are unconfirmed. Inspect what it actually returns rather than assuming the agents-reviews schema applies. Retain retrieval context and do not present recommendation content as verified endorsements or evidence of authenticity.

API Features

Fulfillment-based recommendation read The documented input identifies an agent using the same fulfillment-key family as portfolio reads.
Testimonial content evaluation Inspect actual returned recommendation items before promising text, dates or rating fields.
Separate endorsement surface Recommendation content has its own route and must not be silently substituted for reviews.
Unverified endorsement provenance The request does not establish recommendation authenticity or a comprehensive testimonial history.

Use Cases

Frequently asked questions

Are recommendation text, dates and ratings guaranteed?

No. This operation was not live-tested and those fields and the response envelope are unconfirmed. Inspect actual results before designing a testimonials display.

Can returned recommendations be presented as authenticated customer endorsements?

No. Visibility does not establish authenticity, completeness or customer identity, and does not imply platform endorsement.

Can I directly reuse the agents-reviews parser?

Not by default. Recommendations and reviews have separate operations. Share parsing only after verifying actual field compatibility.
