Realtor Agent Listings API - Sale, Rental and Sold Portfolio

Provide fulfillmentId from an inspected agent-search result. Optional status accepts documented values for_sale, for_rent, off_market, sold, ready_to_build and other, including comma-separated combinations; limit and page are optional. This route was not live-tested, so listing fields, status filtering, page behavior and portfolio completeness are unconfirmed. Check the returned identities and statuses before display, and do not treat one response as the agent's complete inventory or transaction history.

API Features

Fulfillment-key portfolio lookup The documented listing read requires fulfillmentId rather than the agent's profileId.

Portfolio market-status requests status can request sale, rental, sold and other documented states, subject to actual behavior checks.

Portfolio page and count inputs limit and page are retained for testing without claiming verified pagination or exhaustive coverage.

Observed-portfolio scope Any collected results are a snapshot to validate, not proof of complete inventory or transaction history.

Should agent listings use profileId or fulfillmentId?

This operation requires fulfillmentId from a verified agent-directory record. Do not substitute the profileId used for profile lookup.

Can I request sale and rental listings together?

Comma-separated status combinations such as for_sale,for_rent are documented, but this operation was not live-tested. Validate combined and individual states before production use.

Does one result include all of an agent inventory and transactions?

No completeness guarantee is established. Fields, pagination and coverage are unconfirmed. Record retrieval time, check agent identity and label results as observed portfolio listings.
