Supply urn, optional page and type=received or given. A pagination_cursor can be forwarded when continuation data is available. The documented data array contains date, text, type and recommender profile context, including names, description, public_identifier, url and avatar. The sample also includes page, total and has_more. Recommendations are profile text, not independently verified references; preserve the returned type instead of assuming every record is received.
