Fetch the currently available Stories of a public Instagram account. Pass username_or_id. Stories are ephemeral: the response reflects what is visible at collection time, items carry their own media URLs and timestamps, and expired or deleted Stories are not recoverable through this endpoint. Set url_embed_safe=true if returned media URLs must tolerate cross-origin embedding; media links are time-limited either way.

Collection-time snapshot Returns Stories visible right now; content expires and later calls can differ.

Story media URLs Items include image or video renditions with creation timestamps.

Embed-safe URL option url_embed_safe=true rewrites media URLs for cross-origin embedding.

Public accounts only Private-account Stories remain inaccessible; only publicly visible content is returned.
