How does the credit system work?
Each API request consumes a certain number of credits. Different APIs may have different credit costs per request. You can purchase credit packages to add credits to your account.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit packages at any time. Credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cryptocurrency payments through NowPayments.io. We also accept traditional payment methods (credit cards, bank transfers). All payments are processed securely.
How many credits does each API request cost?
The credit cost per request varies by API type. By default, each request costs 1 credit, but this can be customized by administrators. Check the API documentation for specific credit costs.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credit purchases are eligible for a full refund. If you have used some credits, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
