Get Full Property Details
View All Realtor Property Data APIs →Enrich a selected search result by submitting its property_id as query. The documented query also accepts a property URL, full address or address-style ID; only the property-ID form was live-tested. For the tested search-derived ID, the response matched property_id, listing_id, address and list_price and contained status=true, message and a data object. Observed data fields include status, location.address and coordinates, description.text and housing attributes, photo_count, photos[].href, mortgage.estimate, mortgage.average_rates, hoa, details, tax_history, property_history, last_sold_date, last_sold_price and last_update_date. Not every field is populated for every property. Preserve nullable values and retain retrieval timestamps; returned financing information is an estimate, not a loan offer. Use a fresh search ID when following the example because a listing can change or become unavailable.

Use Cases
- Build an on-demand property detail page after a user selects a search result.
- Enrich saved-property records while retaining the distinction between search observations and later detail responses.
- Review listing narratives alongside structural attributes to identify missing information before due diligence.
- Present available mortgage-estimate context beside a home with clear nonbinding-estimate language.
Frequently asked questions
How do I fetch details and photos after obtaining property_id?
Pass a current search result property_id as query. The verified detail included data.description.text and photos[].href, but field availability varies; text and photos are not guaranteed for every property.
Can query be a full address or a Realtor.com property link?
Those query forms are documented, but only property_id was live-tested. Validate address and URL inputs separately and check returned identity instead of assuming the ID-form result applies.
Are mortgage figures in the detail a formal loan quote?
No. mortgage.estimate and mortgage.average_rates provide available estimate context. Check dates and assumptions; these figures are not approval, a qualified rate or a binding lender quote.
