Get Football Club Incoming Transfers API

Request a club's incoming-transfer listing to evaluate an arrivals view kept separate from the current squad. Requires teamid. No incoming-transfer sample has been verified; inspect identities, dates, loan or permanent-move indicators and actual statuses before labeling arrivals. A listed incoming move is not automatically a current squad member or a completed signing.
