Search Nearby Marketplace Listings
View all Facebook Public Data API endpoints →Supply query, lat and lng, with optional radius_km, category, condition, price_min and price_max. Documentation gives category examples cars and boats, and condition values new, used_like_new, used_good and used_fair; conditions may be combined with commas. No Marketplace response was sampled, so listing fields, distance behavior and price interpretation must be validated. The exposed endpoint schema has no cursor input despite a general pagination mention, so this integration does not invent one or promise pagination. Treat any returned listing prices as asking-price observations, not completed-sale values or private seller contacts.

Use Cases
- Evaluate nearby category listings for an authorized resale-market research sample.
- Validate geographic filtering before comparing asking prices across client-collected local observations.
- Test documented item-condition combinations in a Marketplace discovery form.
- Keep seller privacy and transaction-price uncertainty explicit in an internal listing comparison tool.
Frequently asked questions
How do I search listings by location, price and condition?
Provide query, lat and lng, then optionally radius_km, price_min, price_max and documented condition values in condition. First validate the geographic scope, currency and price units.
Does Marketplace search support cursor pagination?
The currently exposed parameters have no cursor. This integration neither invents nor promises pagination. A general pagination description does not replace the actual parameter contract.
Can returned prices be used directly to research completed-sale prices?
Not as completed-sale prices. Record them as asking-price observations at collection time. A listing disappearing does not prove a sale either.
